4 week group
Mondays 6:00 - 7:00 PM

Join other young pregnant and parenting individuals to share your experiences and receive and give support. Free refreshments & childcare provided as requested.

Incredible Years Parent Program

Year round
Tuesdays 12:00PM - 2:00PM

A program for parents and caregivers of three to six year olds. This is an evidence-based program that fosters healthy development in young children by strengthening parenting competencies and promoting effective strategies for managing children's challenging behaviors.

Circle of Parents and Playgroup

Year round
Wednesdays 10:00AM - 12:00PM

A place for individuals currently parenting a child/children to discuss parental concerns and connect with other parents for support. Share information, experiences, and learn about resources.
Childcare and refreshments are provided.

Sexual Violence Support Group for Women

PACT (Peer Action Changing Tomorrow)

10 week course
Beginning September 17, 2014

This is a 10-week coed peer educator training program offered to high school students. Teens meet once a week to discuss important topics such as media literacy, healthy relationships, financial planning, and much more! Join to learn about different resources in your community and become a consultant for your peers on tough issues and decisions.

PACT is now a credited Health elective through the Extended Learning Opportunities Department in each Manchester High School. If you are interested in being considered for PACT, please contact your ELO coordinator. For more information on the program, contact Mimi at (603) 625-5785 x109. The fall Pact will start on September 17, 2014 .

El grupo está abierto a todas las víctimas
de la violencia domestica.

La violencia domestica no solo tiene que ser física. Hay personas que son victimas de abuso emocional, verbal o abuso sexual, estos también son bienvenidos. Las victimas encuentran fuerza y valor al encontrase con otras personas que an pasado por la experiencia de violencia domestica. Nuestro grupo les ayuda a romper ese aislamiento y les ofrece apoyo y las destrezas necesarias para así moverse más allá de la victimización.

Lifeskills

10 week group
Lifeskills is a gender-based, decision making and values clarification course that seeks to increase effective interpersonal communication, listening skills, peer resistance and peer negotiation skills, coping and problem solving strategies, and an awareness of the role that media messages and peer pressure play in decision-making. The simple but focused activities will offer opportunities to develop teamwork and self- esteem.
